Loved that this property was so close to a variety of Orlando attractions- 10 minutes to Universal, 15 to Disney, and right on Icon park which has great food options. The breakfast was great in selection of eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, etc. Loved having three sleeping options as a family with teens! Also having a kitchen was great for time to chill. We did not take in the pool as it is in front of the hotel right on the road.

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located a block away from universal I. driveway. Is a 10 minute drive to Universal studios too. Our room had this vent pouring cold air non stop into it. Even with the A/C off. We spent a horribly cold 1st night. After we figure out that it was not related to the A/C we called the front desk but never did anything about it, they offer to increase the temp. Of the air coming out of it which they never did and blamed it on their engineer. I asked them for tape to seal it and then they not only denied it, the manager threatened me of charging me extra for damages if I did anything to it with total disregard of our health and comfort. You basically can’t control your ventilation or temp inside your room, never seen anything like that in a hotel. They ran out of soap so we washed our hands and took baths with shower gel everyday. We ran out of toilet paper and they don’t put a second backup roll so we had to come down for more. Long story short, the. staff ruins the great location and the beauty of the hotel.
