Element Orlando International Drive is the best hotel. I have stayed here for both of my vacations. The staff is always friendly and respectful, place is always kept clean. If you are looking for a great hotel close to attractions, stay here, it is well worth it.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and my husband and I visit Miami twice or more a month, my husband was totally disgusted by how unwelcoming your hotel felt. You definitely lost our business. I had never experienced such difficulty to get in to the hotel and it was no live person at the front desk. You guys sent us a code at 3:30 pm we had to carry around our heavy backpack all day before we could check in to your hotel!!!

The breakfast setup doesn’t flow. It’s so spread out and inconvenient. The sofa bed is uncomfy as most are and expected. The room was great although the flooring was coming apart but that didn’t affect our stay. Decent price

Friendly staff
Staff were friendly and gave us a nice larger room to accommodate us arriving slightly early. Pool was nice , no loud kids. Room was comfy and spacious. Will return again.
