Nice but ….

To be fair, the staff was amazing. However, because the halls are well lit and the door has so many openings. The room stays light all night so if you need a dark room to sleep, this is not the place for you.! Walls are very thin when somebody runs a blow dryer they might as well be standing right next to you.

I was over charged for my stay . I paid cash and my card was charged as well , the room had no microwave , the refrigerator was hot not cold , the ice machine was broken and I had to go to the 7th floor to get ice , the faculty did not help with any of my issues or concerns . When I went back to get a refund they told me it would be instantly but it took 3-5 business days , this was the worst trip of my life

It was a great stay. Close to shopping and restaurants and Disney. There are Jack and Jill doors. There was no noise cancellation walls at all.
