The steak house at the Caribe Royale was not worth the money. The wait for food was an hour and the food wasn't great.

Love this hotel
I love this hotel. It’s my 4th time staying and is where I go when in Orlando. I always have peace of mind knowing it’s clean, friendly staff and great amenities. The pool was amazing and not too cold. There are many stores for small necessities. I highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at the Royal Caribe and I can definitely say this past weekend that I stayed there was horrible. I brought my best friend and my nephew as it was his first time going to Disney and from the minute we got into our room we started having issues. The room was not thoroughly checked before they had a guest check into that room, which happens to be the same exact room that I stayed in last month when I came and I addressed a few issues that the room had so that maintenance could work on it when I checked out last month and those same problems were still there when I returned a month later, which is extremely disappointing, and this time the breaker to our room where our AC wise was turned off and we had no AC for hours with our room being musty and hot and had to have a maintenance person come into our room at 11 o’clock at night to fix our air. Yes, the hotel was very accommodating with the problems that we have but there shouldn’t be issues like this in the first place, especially when I told them about the issues that we had with the room previously prior to my stay the very next day the hotel had some kind of a fighting event and we all got woken up at 3 o’clock in the morning to very loud drunkenly disorderly disturbance of people that were staying in the room next to ours. When our room was cleaned Friday they never vacuumed our room and left it dirty for what the hotel charges for that resort Maybe next time will be better
