Clean and reasonable
We stayed at this hotel due to the good reviews. Whereas we did not get a chance to have breakfast or were able to use the shuttle service, we did observe the shuttle running very frequently. Even though they did not have a pool, the hotel was very clean and new. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were comfortable as well. It was only a few minutes to the airport. Will definitely stay again when in the Orlando area

Very clean and quiet especially being close to the airport. We left a nice shirt in our room after checking out. I called the front desk and they found it and kept it for us to pick up after our cruise 7 days later. Thank you so much!!

The only real compliant we had was breakfast went to 10 specifically. The only reason we picked this location was because of that at 930 we headed down I didn’t see food or anything out and the front desk informed me “nah it’s closed” I said that’s werid usually it goes till 10 like most places we saw the sign it even said 10 we were pretty upset about this.

I'll double-check rooms at the desk now...
The hotel itself is clean, comfy and a nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable. My only issue is that I arrived after midnight and checked in. When I went to my room and unlocked the door, I was met (thankfully) with the security latch holding the door and a voice on the other side of the door calling out. The room was obviously already taken...a mistake that should not happen on check in at any time. I was soooo tired from a late flight and arriving late so it was frustrating to have to go back downstairs to remedy the situation. The lady was kind and apologetic at the front desk and quickly got me a new room but why would the computer system not alert her that someone was already in the room that she gave me??

This hotel was just minutes away from the airport and provided a convenient shuttle to and from the terminal. The property was modern, spotless, and offered a great breakfast with plenty of quick options. Alex at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Jose, the shuttle driver, went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips about the area and dining options. I would definitely stay here again! Additionally, their sister hotel, located just a few steps away, had fantastic amenities like a laundry room, restaurant, and pool, all of which we were able to use. I’ll definitely consider staying there as well in the future.
