Furnished with sofa and chaise combo, one chair, a 40" Samsung SmartTV, coffee table, 4 dining chairs and table that extends to full length to seat up to 6 easily or use as a larger workspace at home, and desk.
Kitchen – Modern with stone counters, maple cabinetry, professional series SS Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Small appliances include Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker, Cuisinart toaster, electric water kettle and 14 pc Cuisinart stainless cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
I try to keep snacks, coffee, tea, breakfast items plus condiments for your use.
The bedroom has a comfortable KING size bed, pillow top mattress , quality bedding and large closets to hang your clothes in. I have plenty of extra linens, blankets and pillows available. A small stacked washer /dryer is in adjacent closet in bedroom.
The 3 piece bathroom has a extra deep (21") bath/shower combo and stone counters. Plush Towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also available.
There is a quiet outside courtyard with multiple tables and chairs and outdoor sectionals when the seasons allow.
A gym equipped with hand weights, commercial quality PreCor elliptical, treadmill & bike is located on the other side of the courtyard and available for your use.
Within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants and arts and entertainment in Midtown, Auto Alley and Uptown 23rd Street. Just 1 miles north of Downtown OKC, Convention Center, Chesapeake arena, Bricktown, OU Health Science Center and Oklahoma River Sports.
