The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.

The place to stay
Great hotel, friendly and professional service from reception. Only problem we had was with Hotles.com information on our reservation. Hotels.com said breakfast was included with reservation and it turned out this was false. They notified Frapolli hotel it was for rooms only.

Back on D Steet.
It’s been over a year since I have stayed at this hotel last. Nothing has changed. Still outstanding service from reception, housekeeping, bartender, waitstaff, to security. Fantastic view of the main street, very comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Will definitely return often. Whether former be night Ora week. You will be happy with your stay at this hotel.

As always, a fine hotel with very comfortable room and bed. Location is ideal surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The Opera house and museums are within walking distance. Reception personnel were outstanding and very helpful as usual. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional as every one in the hotel is. My favorite place to stay when in Odessa. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Hotel is near good restaurants , great shopping and local attractions.
