Bayshore Condominium #67 is a top notch, fully renovated, one bedroom one bath condominium located on Robin Drive (28th Street) in Ocean City, Maryland. Beautiful floors, modern furnishings, soothing neutrals and blues to reflect the beachy atmosphere and an updated, fully-equipped kitchen make this a great spot to relax and get some shuteye when you're finished with a day full of Ocean City activities. The balcony has been converted in additional living space with a lovely dining table where you have a view of the canal. Although this condo is on the third floor, there are only two flights of steps as the first floor is ground level. Conveniently located, this property is a walk or quick drive to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, Ocean City's famous boardwalk, many notable restaurants and the beach! One parking space is assigned to the unit, but there is extra parking on the street right in front of the building if you have a second car. ----Accommodating up to five guests, there is a queen bed and a single sleeper sofa in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. This property does not have laundry facilities or a dishwasher.----Guest must supply all sheets, towels, paper and soap products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----No pets please. Not as nice as pictured
Judging from the pictures I expected something much nicer. The place was underwhelming to say the least. Everything was cheaply done. Cookware was practically unusable. All the owners bedding was cramed in a closet with no door so I was forced to look at it all trip. There's 1 AC unit on the far end of the property so the bedroom was always much warmer than the livingroom. I would have turned on the fan but it was so caked in dust it would have been a huge mess. The bathroom fan was also covered in dust and so crappy loud you could probably hear it next door. Also had a mold spot on the ceiling of the bathroom. I chose this place because it looked much nicer than the other listings. I could only imagine what they were like. All and all II wasn't very happy. 5 out of 10 is generous in my opinion.

The neighborhood of this apartment is pretty quiet and peaceful, and is located close to several restaurants and bus stations in walking distance. The apartment matched the pictures as seen on the listing and is a nice place! The only thing was that the bathroom was a little dirty- I’m not sure if that’s because we stayed in the off season and it hadn’t been used in a bit or something else. The shower handle was broken but useable and the blankets that were provided were stained, and some were on the floor upon arrival. Overall enjoyed this stay and had no major issues. 3.5/5.

Cleanliness, location, room arrangement .
The good , the location is good , close to a lot of things to do . The bad , floors were dirty . I have an 11 month old crawling around . And his hands , feet, and knees were black. The wife had to get cleaning supplies to clean the floor. Size of place was reasonable , not good , but not bad . But it was weird to first walk in the place and it’s the bedroom you sleep in and the living space was in the back. Kind of hard to leave the place(to get food for example) when you have kids sleeping in the bedroom .

Excellent, Clean and Well Appointed
I was impressed by the property. For a short stay for a friend's father's funeral, it was booked on short notice and I was hoping it would be good despite that. I was very surprised by how nicely appointed it was, the great view over the water and the convenience of its location. Without any hesitation, I'd rent it again and hope I have the chance to do so when I visit again on better circumstances. Thank you to the owner and others that may have had a hand in making for a good rental experience.
