This penthouse is wonderfully open and elegant, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that frame the oceanfront view. The fully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and an adjacent dining space with two tables. The living room, which connects to the balcony outside, is a great spot for catching up with loved ones and watching movies on the flatscreen TV.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, two provided Pack 'N Plays, and a private washer/dryer.
Sharkfin is an oceanfront property in North Ocean City, offering fantastic proximity to Coastal Highway, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment and nightlife. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is just over a quarter-mile west.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
