Beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom condo in Ocean Castle, located ocean block on 137th Street. The condo will provide the comfort of home with a full kitchen, living area, dining area 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, WIFI, Firestick in living room and Direct TV in master bedroom, 2 parking spots and an outdoor pool. Parking clearance 6 feet 10 inches. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Bed sizes include a king in the primary suite, a queen in bedroom 2 and 2 single beds in bedroom 3.
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We would go stay thwre again
For the most part property was great. Beds were comfortable. It wasn’t dirty, but I feel like they’re cleaning. People could pay more attention to some details. We did have an issue with the tub, but property manager was on it and it was fixed within one hour. By the pictures on the site that there were two pools and there was only one small pool, but we pretty much had the pool to ourselves the whole time Description was accurate as far as how close it was to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Thing we disliked about the location was the proximity to the boardwalk but if you’re not interested in the boardwalk, it’s a perfect location. We just drove and we wanted to go down to the boardwalk.

Great place for small family!
We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. It was very convenient to our favorite eating spots and walking distance to the beach. It was a short drive to Bethany Beach which we really enjoyed. The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and roomy. Would stay here again in the future.

Owner needs a new cleaning company
The place was nicely stocked with necessities. Just enough to get through. I've stayed in places with too many pots and pans and cabinets stacked to the fullest. The decoration is nice and the A/C works very well. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were crumbs on the carpet in front of the sink, unwrapped candies littered one of the bedrooms, a used plastic fork sticking out behind a dresser. Opened up the sofa bed, and a giant wad of hair came flying out. I thought it was a mouse.Toilets not cleaned. Outside table covered in sand when we arrived. Kitchen table had to be cleaned before we ate a meal. WiFi password was incomplete, luckily the owner had it written down in the unit. I had to call for the "pool" code, which is more like a large sauna. The unit is a good size for our group of 6. Liked the location, except that the unit is very close to Coastal Highway. Easy walk to the beach. I would stay again, if I was guaranteed there was a much better cleaning company taking over.
