Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great place!
The place was in a perfect location to beach, restaurants, shops etc. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked if you wanted to cook, the outdoor shower was great & decks were so nice. The property mgmt group (Vacasa) was so friendly and helpful. We had to call & ask that someone come to clean our place again when we arrived because it was filthy. The mgmt group was right on it & sent someone very quickly. The second crew didn’t do that good of a job either but it was fine. The outdoor furniture is ripped and some not usable but other than that, it was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
