Begin each day on the large, wrap-around balcony, admiring gorgeous sunrises over the ocean, and wind down each evening by watching the sun dip into the bay at sunset. Inside, this professionally designed property offers elegant, beach-themed decor to ensure that you fully escape from daily life. The open floor plan features five bedrooms (two of which are primary suites), four and a half bathrooms (three of which are private to individual bedrooms), four flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a Bose surround-sound system in the living and dining areas, and a gourmet kitchen that's equipped to serve a crowd. All of this, and you'll be just half a block from the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful, Very accommodating rental for large family groups.
Our family has visited OC for 36 years to attend a veterinary conference. We have stayed MANY places as our family has grown over the years. I love this unit for several reasons: It has 5 bedrooms. The dining room table accommodates 10-12 people, plus 3 or 4 available seating at kitchen countertop bar. We take all our food down, prep and eat in unit for nearly every meal. We need five spacious bedrooms which this offers. We have stayed in unit #301 for several years with ample bedspace and linens are included and beds are made up prior to arrival----a Real Treat after a day of traveling and having to unpack. The short walk to the ocean with little ones is delightful--they want to push the elevator button or race us to the unit using the stairs. I love that there are 3 parking spaces, and parking is usually available on side streets near St. Kitts. The unit is decorated beautifully. It's a lovely property. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their dog Sky on this trip. They take pride in their building and it shows. Hope to visit in 2025. The Foremans from Elkton, MD.

Great family vacation
Overall it was a great experience. The condo was in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I thought all of the bedrooms had TV’s two of them didn’t. The ice maker was broken and the bottom shelves in the refrigerator were scotch taped together. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots. I would have liked to have one roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom when checking in instead of one roll for the whole condo. The management company could improve the response time when service is needed. One of the toilets broke and we had to wait two days for it to be repaired. The management company told us to share a bathroom which was annoying. I rented the condo so everyone would have their own bathroom. We met the owner how was very nice. It was a nice condo I would recommend it and would return.

FABULOUS RENTAL!
Our family has been attending a conference in OC for 36 years. We have stayed in Many rentals over the years as our family grew. This rental is The Best we have ever enjoyed! We now require 5 bedrooms. I chose this rental due to the large accommodating dining area. We prepared all our meals in unit. Many units will rent for large groups and not have sufficient seating; not the case here. Kitchen was well equipped. Linens are included and beds were made up prior to our arrival---a Treat after a long, busy travel day!! The beach is very close. Parking is plentiful (3 spaces for the unit); with parking also available on the street. Will be back to enjoy!

Spacious Ocean view home!
Beautiful spacious third floor home with ocean view and steps to the beach! We enjoyed the outdoor balcony, open layout and kitchen with everything you need to cook if you desire. Within walking distance to restaurants. Our family had a memorable vacation!
