Anytime spent in Ocean City has a great time. I think there’s many parts of the hotel that are quite dated. Besides that it’s a great place to stay.

Generally a decent place to stay convenient to everything and plenty of things near by if I had one complaint or thought is that the bathroom mainly showers could be updated

We had an infestation of moths in our room. We realized this when we were sleeping and heard fluttering. My husband spent an hour killing them. We asked the hotel to be compensated for the terrible night we had and they didn’t said they couldn’t do anything. I hope Expedia can help us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel offers plenty of amenities; we especially enjoyed the free yoga on the beach on Saturday. The pool was wonderful, and our room and balcony were perfect- exactly what we wanted. Would stay here again.

Check in was a breeze and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient. Went to outdoor pool and pool bar. The server at the pool bar; around 7:30 pm made the best Pina Colada. Entering into the Epic Restaurant on Saturday night, we were greeted (kind of) by a gentleman with a Baltimore Ravens shirt that was a little abrupt. As we entered, he quickly as used if he could help us, in a condescending tone, as we were going to sit at the bar. It felt like we were unwelcome. The old bay wings and spicy shrimp were delicious but the server could have been a little more friendlier. Customer Service didn’t appear to be their priority. Overall, the location of the Hotel right on the beach was great. The partial view room was spacious but the beds were in an awkward position overlooking buildings instead of the ocean. The inside could use some maintenance for that price (I.e painting, deep carpet cleaning, pool door with more adhesives (it slammed hard when people were going in and out) and just an overall good cleaning. The other shops and restaurants attached to the hotel were very close and convenient.

Our room was not ready when we arrived which is fair since it was 10AM. Check in was not until 4PM. But- others who arrived hours after us got into their rooms before us and although we paid for the same rooms, they had a kitchen area in theirs. Other than that, it was fine. We called for towels and got them right away. Love Ocean City!!
