I really liked the fact that it was so conveniently located so close to a lot of restaurants and not far from stores. Very peaceful a nice getaway and would recommend to families with kids. The room was spacious clean and very nice. I loved the little stove top so cute. From the moment we checked in to check out the staff was friendly and attentive anything were needed they got to us quickly. I loved my stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Small parking lot, but owner was very, very helpful and got me a great parking spot. Room was small, but was there for the beach and activities, not to stay in room. For the price it was perfect for our needs.

First and foremost I’d like to thank Ben for making our stay one of the most convenient, comfortable, and memorable trips to ocean city yet. We were running late on our arrival date and Ben waited up for us to make sure we got in and settled okay. He was more than accommodating and worked hard to ensure our trip got off to a great start! Our room seemed recently updated with a sofa bed, kitchen table, full-size fridge, two burners, and a smart TV! (WiFi was fast and reliable too). The bathroom, although a little dated, was very clean and stocked with fresh linens and toiletries. The room itself was spotless and smelled fresh, not stale like most beach hotel/motels. The property itself is your typical beach motel. There is limited parking at the motel/office but there is an overflow lot about a block away and plenty street parking. Morning routines are easy with a Starbucks and several breakfast options on the same block! The location itself is very convenient, it was a two minute walk to the beach! All in all, the cleanliness, location, hospitality from the staff, convenience, and value made this a 5/5 stay for us! Will be returning soon! Thanks again Ben!

The room is small, not so clean, smelly with bleach, due to family urgency, I called Hotel.com rep, need to check out earlier and canceled the 2nd day and request a refund and was told that she would contact the Hotel next morning, I should be able to get a refund for the 2nd day, I did check out on Aug 14, at 8 am, later on I received an email that I am not able to get a refund, would you review and hope hotel. com could give me back a refund the my 2nd day or give me credit back. thank you for your consideration

The staff here were great. We showed up at 10am after checking out of a different property. I asked the front desk to please call me if early check in became available as we were going to the beach near the property. The gentlemen had our room ready and let us check in early (at 10am!). It was great. The room was spotless and very nice and updated. Overall, this is the best motel ive ever stayed in at OCMD (and ive been coming here for 15 years).

Nice little motel. Family that runs it is super kind and accommodating. Its not a super fancy place as it is an older building. I didnt like the beds at all, but thats more of personal preference and no fault of the owners at all. Your just a few feet from the beach and boardwalk.
