For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You know you will be in for a special vacation as soon as you pull up and see the property. You are immediately greeted by its cheerful paint colors, an adorable screened in porch, a private driveway with the grass growing in the middle and yes, a white picket fence. This house screams charming the minute you arrive!

Its charm is carried throughout the house with hardwood floors and real wood walls throughout! The bedrooms feature antique furnishings along with metal bed frames which give you a wonderful bed and breakfast feel. The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and provides you everything you need for those nights when you want to cook at home. The large back deck has a patio set along with a grill is the perfect place to relax while family members play games in the back yard.

This house is located at the heart of the downtown action yet secluded enough that you will not be bothered with the noise and traffic. You will enjoy easy access to the beach and boardwalk along with all the fun activities they offer. Many fantastic restaurants/bars are within walking distance or a short car/bus ride away. You will have convenient access to West Ocean City and Assateague Island from this strategic location too!

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Tulip house. It was super clean, beds were so comfortable. Loved the screened in patio and large rear deck. Great location if you don’t mind not being ocean front. You can sit and watch the boats go by all day on the bay.

Ocean 🌊 getaway
My family and I stayed at this beautiful ocean front cottage the views were amazing. Close to the ocean and boardwalk. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the amazing ocean view. There are local stores and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay host provided almost everything for the stay and was clean and welcoming. The neighbors were friendly great place for families and couples to stay at .

Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient!
We found this little gem to be as charming as it looks in the listing! Being just a few blocks from the inlet and the boardwalk was great! We spotted horseshoe crabs at the edge of the bay, right across the street!, enjoyed Springfest and restaurants. The highlight was seeing the wild ponies, including a 3 day old and one month old foal on Assateague Island, which was about a 30 minute drive.

The location is perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Nice beds, well equipped kitchen and front and back decks to enjoy. The house is probably due for a deep cleaning, to get rid of spider webs and "corner dirt".

Everything was what we expected. The house is cute, but dated. Pictures are accurate. Not a big deal at all, but it just needs a good cleaning with Murphys oil soap and cob webs need cleaned out. Furniture definitely needs cleaned. There was lots of stuff under beds and other peoples clothing. Again, not a big deal for us… we weren’t there for a beautiful, perfect home, but a great location. We were out and about most days. The location is 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Perfect location to ocean and bay!! We loved it. The screened in porch was definitely a bonus also! We would definitely rent there again. Property manager was available and very nice.

This little house was a great place for our family to stay. It’s in a quite little strip of houses on the bay side with amazing sunset views. It was a nice clean place with room for our family to use as a home base during our vacation to OCMD.

We loved this Ocean City location!! House was perfect for our family. Close to boardwalk…just a short walk, yet on the quieter backside of the barrier island. House had all the necessities and offered us fun on top of visiting Assateague!

Stay Golden!
Very adorable cottage. The Tulip House was perfect for us. Close to the bay for beautiful views of the sunset. Easy walk to the beach. Best of both bodies of water here. Only complaint was the overall cleanliness. Otherwise the space was great. Spent most of our time on the front porch to boat watch and on the back deck admiring the landscaping. Great stay!

Excellent experience, would stay again!
I was in need of a few days' getaway to recharge my batteries. The Tulip Cottage looked like a great option, and it proved to be just what I needed! Very comfortable, easy access to the fun stuff in Ocean City, easy to stay inside and lounge when I didn't want any excitement. Property managers were easily accessible and very responsive. A lovely stay, and I would definitely stay here again!

Location was great for a small family. Having the water across the street, and a screened porch was the best. Needs a little better cleaning, but overall not bad. Could use heavier curtains in front bed room to block street lights.

Close enough to enjoy everything, far enough to get away
This was just what our small family needed. The space was good for unwinding after a day at the beach or boardwalk. It's about a 3-4 block walk to the boardwalk, which isn't bad, but parents be aware, this is across three busy streets with no lights (and many drivers ignored the crosswalks). The property itself is great for unwinding. The deck and screened porch are both completely fenced, so little worries about littles wandering off. Both the bedrooms and the living room have their own TVs, so if there is ever a conflict over what's on, it's easy to solve. The view of the bay is great, there is a building directly across the street, but you look just a little north or south and you can see all the way to the bridges. We will definitely be back.

The PERFECT beach getaway
Amazing location with a view of the bay right from the porch. Quiet location, but within 3 blocks of the boardwalk. Had everything we needed for the stay including kitchen supplies and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, etc), on-site washer and dryer, outdoor seating on the porch and rear deck, outdoor gas grill (plus a back-up propane tank which came in handy to keep our meal moving), plenty of off-street parking for more than one vehicle, and so much more! Unit was super clean when we arrived, had all of the amenities we would need at the ready and contactless check-in was easy as could be. Rhonda, who handled all of the communications for our booking had clear instructions way before our trip to know what to bring with us and she also called me on check-in day to let us know that the unit cleaning was complete early so we could check in early! Property managers were quick to reply when we had an incident with someone that was scammed by some other outlet pretending to rent this property through an untrusted outlet. ALWAYS book through a site like VRBO! David even came in person to check on us and explain that we were all good to go even after solving the problem over the phone in a prompt manner. Thank you to David and Rhonda for their help!
