Fabulous hotel. Staff are always smiling and friendly and make you feel very welcome. Pools and gardens are gorgeous, and it's only a short walk from the rooms to the most beautiful beach. Food is all excellent, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had. We will return soon I hope.

Little less than five star expectations

Location: Watersports are a 20 minute ride away but once you book the activities, the pick up and drop from the hotel are included in the price.
Location of hotel is super convenient as it is just off the entrance to the Nusa Dua private area gates. The staff at the reception and concierge and spa are very friendly and efficient to make your experience a good one. However the restaurant staff was a different story all together. We ate at the Prego and Ikano restaurant and on both cases we were served not clean plates as they were still oily and when we asked for a different plate there were clear signs of irritation from the serving staff. On top of it as we were having late dinner in Prego; the staff were not bothering to check whether we needed anything during the meal. We had to constantly get up to ask for things as they forgot to put olive oil, salt and pepper or butter with the bread. The other night we had dinner at Ikano, one of the plates had the same problem and here they were impatient to explain their local menu and what vegetarian options they could do for us. Overall service in restaurants left a lot to desire. However the breakfast buffet is great. They have a varied selection so there is something for everyone and the quality of food is very good indeed.

The hotel is a great resort and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We are a family with a 16 yo daughter and an 11 yo son and we stayed in the family suite, which had two separate bedrooms. The hotel is situated close to the airport and there are good shopping opportunities close by. We mostly ate at the hotel and the food was good, after 8 nights, the menus became a bit too familiar, but that is to be expected. We especially liked Ikan by the sea, which had very friendly staff. The only negative is related to Bali as a whole, it has become overcrowded (we visited around Easter) and there is a lot of plastic and other trash in the sea and close to the beaches – even the hotel beaches.

Un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet hôtel. L'accueil digne d'un 5 étoiles avec une danse traditionnelle et petites attentions à notre égard. Un petit déjeuner-buffet, du jamais vu! Il y en a pour tous les goûts, 1 semaine ne suffit pas pour goûter tous les mets qui sont proposés. Les 5 restaurants de l'hôtel sont appréciables mais cependant un peu chers, l'addition avoisine celle d'un restaurant en Europe. La plage est très belle, les transats sont confortables et il y en a toujours de disponible. Petit bémol, les personnes extérieures à l'hôtel vous proposant des activités/excursions/objets très insistants et ce, toute la journée. Profitez de la plage jusqu'à 15h car après, la marée basse rendra la baignade moins agréable. Le personnel est à l'image des habitants de Bali, c'est à dire très souriants, avenants, polis, attentionnés! Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant et avons séjourné dans une chambre avec 2 lits doubles. ATTENTION à la taille du lit, nous avions deux lits de 120cm, parfait pour notre enfant de 10ans mais trop petit pour deux adultes. Cependant la literie était très confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse avec douche et baignoire. Le SPA est très très bien mais les prix vont avec la qualité. Un gommage du corps entier 30'+ massage du corps entier 60' = 200€ Un petit point négatif à souligner, l'eau utilisée pour arroser les magnifiques jardins du complexe a une forte odeur d'égouts (odeur uniquement aux abords des arrosoirs). Nous vous le recommandons!!
