Rude and belligerent
We were traveling with two kids and encountered a very disappointing experience at the hotel. They tried to charge us an outrageous 350 euros for a second room and were unbelievably rude and aggressive—right in front of my kids. The situation was distressing, but thankfully, Expedia's customer service stepped in. They were professional, empathetic, and resolved the issue quickly. I cannot thank them enough for their help in what could have been a nightmare. Expedia has earned my loyalty for handling this situation so effectively.

Boring hotel
One of the most boring Marriott in the world. Nothing is planed to improve the too quiet and boring atmosphere !! some king of animation (piano) at the bar, better lighting, staff avoiding to talk about their pay check loud enough to ruin my diner... Really the most boring hotel in the world !!

Dont go for room 4040
Besides the below, no complains, very kind service and quality. The given room 4040 located right next to corridor and air ventilation making noisy humming = guarantees bad night sleep and destroys your next day at business. Should not be sold as it only ruins the experience of otherwise good service. Somhow replacement room or upgrade with money was not possible.

Surprisingly easy to get to from the arrivals hall. Basically across the street. Excellent bcheck in process. I booked a day room in conjunction with my overnight so that I could check in early. Although a bit more expensive, it was worth its weight in gold. I am now refreshed and on local time. I would defystay again

Information about free breakfast was not specify only at the club lounge Windows with internal view didn’t give me the opportunity to see the snow but very calm and confortable
