These beautiful units are aptly named Home Away From Home units 1 and 2!

This is a 2 floor rental with 2 units that are rented together. Both are 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Perfect for a vacation getaway for a large family! Both units feature the comforts of home and have full sized kitchens and living spaces. Less than a block from the beach and having a beach access point right down the road this location cannot be beat!
There is one queen size bed in one bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, a queen and 2 twin beds in the third and in the fourth there is 2 full size beds!

Home Away From Home 1 (The ground level) has a front porch AND a convenient side porch for lounging and enjoying the beautiful beach weather. It has a full sized kitchen, (no dishwasher) and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the smart television and the free WiFi!

Home Away From Home 2 (The top level) has a full sized kitchen and living room. It also has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher to make your vacation that much easier! This unit also features smart tv's so you have access to your favorite streaming services as well as free WiFi!

This unit has 2 driveways on either side of the building that can each fit one car. There is 1 space available for additional parking in the dirt parking area beside the pink cottage.
No trailers permitted at this property.
The downstairs unit does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer, but the upstairs does!
This unit uses Smart TV's.

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
