The staff are very very kind, and respectful, they do not bother you during your stay and the cleanliness and amenities provided are outstanding. To top it off the architect of the building outside is very fun and the views are amazing from the room. Never got the time to try out the iHop but would recommend since everything else was in such good standards. Would definitely book here again 11/10 rating for all services provided/available!!

Booked a falls view room for 1 night and had a great experience. The room was very clean and easy to access with clear instructions from the front desk at check in. The shuttle to and from the parking lot is quick and effective. Every staff member we spoke to were very kind and genuine, especially Scott at the front desk! Would recommend staying here and will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area.

Check in was quick and easy. Very welcoming. Got a nice view of the us falls when we booked for just a city view so that’s a plus. Room was very clean. We called for room service just to get an extra clean in and it was instant. Perfect hotel I loved it.

Property is very nice and clean, service staff very nice and welcoming, the facility has remote parking for an additional fee, they have shuttle service to and from the parking lot, it’s just a little inconveniente not to have access to the car, other that parking, I highly recommend it
