Great location walkable to the falls and downtown amenities. Are room had a hot tub and falls view.The room and hotel, as alot of these usually are was sparce and dated but clean. They had a large breakfest area included but was crowded and we ate elsewhere. The pool looked nice.

Great service from the staff. The location is very convenient and there is parking. I just did not like the fact that the website did not mention that the rooms we were booking were actually "motel-like" model and were not within the main hotel building. The motel rooms can use a bit of work on them, the floors are too old and the curtains were not only old but dirty also.

The experience was not that great compared to the price we paid. The property's condition is not great. The paint from wall and ceiling is peeling off. Furniture was not in good condition as well. Flooring was damaged, and window frame was rusted. Ice machine was not cleaned so ice cubes had so much dirt and contaminated with cardboard. Reception clerk was not welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked two rooms for one night during weekend. Hallway has really foul smell all the time, seems like carpet was not washed or cleaned or never replaced. Poorly managed or maintained property. The one and only best thing about this property is it's location, closer to Niagara fall and casino.
