Overall experience was good. Check in was busy but still quick. Rooms looked and felt very old and outdated but views were good. Bed and sofas were clean. Washroom not the cleanest. Had some luggage so use of elevator were needed and despite being 3 elevators, had to wait 10-15 minutes handful of times waiting for elevator as only one seek to be working. And for some reason, parking/night was $50. Laughable and unnecessary as guests could be given free parking or atleast at a justified price.

Got charged $50 for overnight parking for one night after I was told they'll waive the parking fee for moving me to their sister hotel down the street. Should've left the car anywhere on the street and received a cheaper parking ticket. Talking to reception was no use. Will never book this hotel chain again.

Our toilet wasn’t working properly. Tried to call few times to get maintenance to help no one ever came. We had to manually fill up the toilet tank so we can flush on every use especially if it needs to be used back to back the tank was filling so slowly. Also a bunch of black things goes in the toilet every flush and stained the toilet bowl itself. I talked to front desk but not a single apologies or attempt to make our stay better. I’m disappointed. Our check in was very nice so it’s too bad this had to happen. We go to Niagara a lot so this was a disappointing experience.

This hotel has gone down hill. I think stayed in a room at the very end of the old building even when it was booked months in advanced. The elevators are located very far away which made it harder for the senior with me to get around. The room itself wasn’t clean. Dead bug on the window sill, pillows were old and lumpy. Worst thing though… we were on the second floor with a window on the floor…. Which wouldn’t lock and had no screen. A child could easily fall right through it. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again
