The Hotel itself is located at a perfect location to see Niagara Falls from your room. The staff were very nice. The rooms are a little dated and needed a good scrub. Beds were comfortable but they really need to update the pillows and linens. Overall a good stay

At first we have some issue with the room and the service guy came and it’s Filipino they are very helpful and they are able to transfer us to different room. Thank you we enjoy our stay.

Great option at the falls
We enjoyed a staycation at the Oakes. Staff was friendly. Onsite amenities were great. They had a pool, hot tub, and a sauna as well as an exercise room. They offered a coffee and tea bar in the lobby, but this means there were no coffeemakers in the rooms.The view of the falls was amazing and they are in the center of many activities. Regarding comfort, We did not have any shower gel in our room and they did not have any at the front desk. The TV remote did not work and the only button on the TV was a power button so we were restricted to the Chanel it was on. We were also not advised ahead of time that we would have to pay for parking which has typically been included at every hotel I have stayed at. Parking was $50 per night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the alone time away from the kids. We returned home feeling recharged.

It had a good fallsview room. It could be better, they have no service to warm milk for babies. No microwave in room. Booked room for 4 people but they put 3 towels.

Our room had the best view of the Falls!! Definitely enjoyed our stay, made our 20th anniversary more special! The staff were so nice & accomodating. The parking was pricey but the location was really super nice & close to the falls. they will also give you option to look around for a cheaper parking if you want. Thank you Oakes Hotel!

Very comfortable but washroom door was broken. It was a family so understandable otherwise I would’ve been hard and they told me I get the best view, but there was trees blocking the view. And I paid higher price for the full view

I arrived at the hotel about 7pm, due to renovations of a block of hotel rooms, they did not have a room for myself or several other guest. With there extreme apologies they had a prepaid reservation ready for me at the Hilton Hotel, a 4 minute walk.
