We stayed for 3 nights on the 11th floor with a Falls view and 2 queen beds. The view was amazing! The room was fine - beds were comfortable. Just little details like the bathroom slider door was missing the handle and the curtains and windows need looking after. It’s a perfect location as the WeGo bus stop is right in front. The Incline Railway is close too. We’d stay again.

Average stay, I thought the hotel would be above average but it wasn’t special at all. The toilet broke down had to fix it my self, the tub had scratches and there wasn’t a microwave.

Great location near the falls, nice view, convenient short ride to the Falls in the WeGo bus, plenty of parking, Starbucks in the premise. The property is old and the elevators are busy, other than that nice place to stay.

Great view of the falls. Check in staff was very helpful. Walkable to everything Niagra Falls has to offer. Breakfast bacon was delicious. Only downside is parking across the street for $50

Very accommodating at check in. Rooms comfortable and clean. Restaurant on site very good for breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to many other dining options and can walk to the falls area. Great view of horseshoe falls - can't see nightly fireworks as they are hidden by another hotel but can walk across street to see them
