They told us to upgrade at $100 for better view and they charged $125. When we get to our room the view wasn’t that good and the weather was fuzzy so we called what they can do and they yelled. At breakfast, we wanted to sit at the reception area not at TGI but they told us we cannot sit there because they close that section early. Horrible stay.
