The hotel is well located between the horseshoe falls and Clifton hill. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Skylon Tower and 15 minutes to Clifton Hill or Table Rock in the other direction. We had a falls view mini suite so it had 2 rooms. We had a perfect view of the nightly fireworks. We could see the top of the American falls in the distance and only the mist rising from the horseshoe falls.WiFi worked intermittently in the sitting area but was non existent in the bedroom - reported to reception, was given a second code and told maintenance would check to ensure everything was working - no improvement! The TVs work off an Ethernet cable and again service was intermittent with the pictures breaking frequently. The pillows are very soft so I asked if we could some firm ones - told some memory foam ones would be left in the room - they left another 2 soft ones :( I forgot a shower cap and asked house keeping - she was very pleasant but didn’t have any on her cart and told me to ask reception - they didn’t have any!! Meant I had to wash hair more frequently than I would have liked. There was no hair conditioner so again had to ask for it to be refilled. They refer to a “stay over service” which is a very basic bed make and towel refresh - appeared to be later in the day 3/4pm just in case this helps planning your day. The hotel has the potential to be great but just needs a bit more attention to detail.

We loved the decor of the building which was unique compared to other hotels. We loved the hot tub- the water was nice and hot. Our room was clean and spacious and the layout was very nice. We had a nice view. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner.

Great hotel. Property is well taken care of inside and out. Very clean and spacious rooms. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Location is great, an easy walk to any part of the falls, Clifton Hill , etc. Would definitely stay again.

We planned a last minute getaway with the kids and this hotel was perfect. From the booking right to the checkout everything went smoothly. The hotel is great and offers all amenities one would need. The rooms are good and beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleaning detail in rooms needs to be addressed. Yes, there is no garbage, but stains on the couch and buildup of mold and dust in bathrooms (where you want the most clean) feels a bit off. Have stayed here many times over the years and enjoy all aspects other than how it’s been recently cleanliness wise. Thank you
