Room had a stain on the chair that didn't look pleasant. Faucet and bathroom needed cartridge replacing very very stiff to pull out. Elevators and building extremely slow. Breakfast very basic Continental.

Checkin was bit challenging. There was jus a dry breakfast, full of carbs and sugar only, not real continental breakfast as shown in the picture, there were no eggs or any meat as shown in the pictures on there site

Near the falls. Affordable stay.
The hotel is old but it has a good location because there are a lot of restaurants around it. Very near the falls as well. The only thing I was not satisfied is that there is no protein in their free breakfast.

We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a great experience. Only wish there was microwave and refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Great location! Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls.

The pool was dirty and in need of a cleaning. Slimy on floor of pool. Hot tub water was cloudy. Breakfast was very disappointing was expecting at least something hot. Bagels with cream cheese or cereal was very disappointing. Room was OK wasn’t crazy clean The lady at check in was very friendly and nice
