The staff at the Front Desk (Carrie) was helpful to help me print a document. Also, the other lady assigned at night. The location is walkable to Niagara Falls and the restaurants are close by. The only thing we discovered is the parking is not free. We were charged $12/day for our stay. It wasn't clear when I booked.

Everything was great till we decided to settle for the night. Shower sprayed all over due to hose connections !! Unusable!! Tub wasnt bad but water took forever and handheld shower sprayed all over. Told them at the front desk. Said they'd look into it. So much for a night away. 😟
