The pool staff was amazing! I didn’t get the name of our man with glorious moustache but whatever you're paying him, give him a raise. He was super fast with our orders, and when the kitchen didn't do our order he got it sorted quick.

The real resort feel, one of a kind spa and pool area, a great variety of restaurants, double shower in one (never seen before!), great staff n service! Just keep an eye on mould development in showers that's all.

The outside of the hotel is presented really well. Looks luxe, inside the corridors and rooms were a different story. The carpets and bedding were pretty worn. The carpet had lots of stains and the room initially had a smell of faint cigarette smoke. The bathroom was clean, the hotel facilities were good. Parking was a pain. If you are not in close to check in time and they are fully booked you’ll have trouble getting a park and be told to park across the road which is far away.
