I thought it would be a great place for reach New York in 30 minutes. This is why i had booked the place .While we entered the room it seemed to like smell of cannabis or something . The experience of this place for me terrible

Our experience at this property was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with stains and cockroaches, and the bathroom was slippery. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. We also heard of the bed bugs in this property but havent yet been infected. I would encourage everyone to do their due diligence before booking this place.

Very bad smell,cigarette smoke/mold,front area very unclean. Check in is behind windows. Elevator in dis repair. Garbage all up and down the hall way to our room. Appears there are people actually living in some rooms. Our door would not open. The manager had to come up three times to get us in. Uber picked us up and asked how we got to this hotel..it is a prostitution hot spot and drug deals all up and down the street. Dangerous neighborhoods.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It was a nightmare living in this hotel for a day. The hotel is run by people who want your money, but in return provide horrible customer service with dirty rooms. The hotel is located in a shady place and not a safe location at all. Pay some more and go to a better location. There are bed bugs everywhere and the mattress had urine stains on it. I highly doubt they ever clean the room. I would rate this hotel 0/10.

There were roaches coming out from everywhere and residents that were blasting music and domestic activities two days in a row a lady crying and screaming out in the hallway in the wee hrs of the morning

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. I just needed a place to sleep for the night so I stuck it out, but honestly everything about the hotel is really poor. It’s desperately in need of updates. All I was looking for was a clean room to sleep in. The room was filthy. One of the paper cups literally had mold in it and wasn’t removed from the room. There no tissues. The TV and mirror had streaks all over them and the bathroom was not well cleaned. This was extremely disappointing given that I was charged $170 for one night!

the desk sent me to platform to straighten things out 1 key for room of 2 adults the toilet dont flush had to get plunger after money paid higher for room the room not worth 256.00 for 1 night no hangers i felt like i was in a dorm room not happy wont be coming back here at all. very disappointed

This hktel says.breakfast is included but what they gave me was a to go Styrofoam plate witha box of childrens juice, prepackaged mini muffins, and a stale croissant. This is false advertising- there is even a picture on the website of a breakfast bar with bread and cereal- nothing fancy but an included breakfast. I choose this property above others due to the included breakfast. The property is very old and dated. The only good thing was the bed.
