Parking setup seemed dangerous with the way you had to walk to the elevator to the hotel lobby. It was too far away and seemed like you may get hit by a car. Other than that, the hotel was great! Staff, room and area were decent.

I love the safety and that it was quiet. I have a son with sensory issues so it really helped that he didn't get startled from noise. The 2 things that were disappointing was the parking situation and that there was not a lounge or bar area.

This property is in a TERRIBLE location. The parking situation is EXTREMELY inconvenient and confusing ESPECIALLY for guests with disabilities. I won't recommend this location to anyone. I will NOT go back there and will probably not book further travel at any property with this chain again due to the extreme disappointment.

The hotel it’s self good. Disliked that I bought the ticket 2 minutes walking distance from prudential because the hotel stated it has parking. Hidden fees stated only mini bar and damages no where I recall state (parking fees $30). They charge on cc $50 and if everything good return $20 because $30 charging me parking. Disliked the hidden fees. Then all staff members on a personal phone call.

second day on my vacation I ended up in the emergency with concussion because I skipped out of bathtub to floor hitting my head to toilet. there is no grab bar, or slip proof coating in the tub.
