Some of the staff members do not understand the concept of customer service. I was checking out today and I asked for towels the night before to shower and they never brought it. I asked for toilet paper the morning of because my room didn’t have toilet paper anymore and the staff member asked me “why do you need toilet paper if you’re checking out” that is not their business and very uncalled for. Just bring me the toilet paper, do I need to go into exact detail of what use I’m going to make with that toilet paper? I don’t get it. The worker gave us late check out (3pm) and it was 2:45pm and they kept knocking on our door saying it’s our time to check out which gave me a lot of stress and again, uncalled for. We were waiting for our uber to the airport and wanted to eat really quickly and they were so rude about us having a quick bite. We spent 5 days here and ate/drank here numerous times. What a way to treat their guests. I work in property management too and this was shocking. Oh and the sinks in the rooms were constantly backing up and the heaters did not work and on-top of it the service was horrible. Truly disappointed with this place.

Property overall was nice. I liked how modern it was. We stayed the weekend before Christmas and it was nice because it was far enough to be away from crowds and close enough to just hop on the subway. Only 2 complaints. 1) there’s no bathroom or shower door so make sure u real comfortable with the person ur traveling with. There’s 0 privacy when it comes to using the restroom and shower so beware. 2) our water heater broke in the room so we took cold showers one night. Once we did speak to someone they fixed it immediately so really not a big complaint in this one. Just never happened to me before

I don’t think the hotel design is conducive to aging clients—ie, the mirrored escalators, black walls, platform beds. What personnel were present were very accommodating. Considering the price of lodging, I would have appreciated a room coffee maker or available coffee thru out the day rather than the limited one urn for the lucky early risers.
