Hotel was great. Location was great. The room smelled of air freshener, which wasn't great. Wished the lobby shop/restaurant was open past 1pm on Sunday. Staff were great.

I’m extremely picky with where we stay bc I have ocd… ok and anxiety…. I researched weeks to decide on this one. It had a long bed room with option for rollaway bed for our teen. They had it all ready to go for us! We were in corner room overlooking Times Square and it was so fun!!! This was our first time in nyc and regret nothing about staying here. I loved that there’s always a security guard in front of the elevators, I felt very safe. I asked for several things such as a trash bag (for dirty clothes) and extra waters (yes they give you bottles of water), and never once did I feel like a bother! The bedding was very clean, no signs of bedbugs (one of my biggest ocd fear). Awesome shower with rain shower was nice. Loved location being close to Bryant park and also Carmine’s. They also held our luggage first day when we arrived so we could go explore nyc!!

Broadway rhythm's got the beat...
Literally 15 steps to the theatre. Fun location for those who love the Broadway hoopla! The roof top bar was great. The room wascdpacious and comfortable.

Male receptionist acts like he is at the funeral. He never greeted the guests with at least a hello. He looks like he doesn't want to be there. There was blood stains on one of the pillows. This is a biohazards. Extremely over price for a 4.5 star hotel . Location has a lot of restaurants but they are all bad foods and overpriced. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!

Quick upgrade, but pull out was uncomfortable
The pull out in living area had awful mattress unfortunately, and pillows were poor. Appreciate the upgrade to a suite a lot, with no hesitation. Just wish the pull out was more comfortable. Two bad nights of sleep. Hotel waa super convenient for all of our running around. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping did nice job.
