When we arrived, we were told that we had been moved to a different hotel. I chose this hotel and location because it was close to the cruise port. The new hotel is not! It was finally agreed that they would pay for a car to take us to the new hotel and we were given two bottles of water. I asked for some kind of a refund and was told that the price at the new hotel is the same as what they had already charged on my credit card. The new hotel was very accommodating but the entire experience was very upsetting. I had spoken with someone at the hotel the day before arrival and all was good. I think they overbooked and because I made my reservation thru Expedia and not directly with Fairfield Inn and Suites, we were shipped out!

It was surprisingly quiet for being in the city! Although the rooms were quite small, they were clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Our experience with the bar downstairs was also great..Angela was fantastic!

Great stay
It was an easy check in and check out process. The staff was helpful and gave us great information about the hotel amenities and the area. We were leaving the next morning for the Manhattan cruise port, so the location was perfect. The room was comfortable. However, if some early morning street noise bothers you, request a room higher than the 5th floor and not facing the street. Kudos to the staff.

Yan and all of the employees that we were greeted by were all awesome. They insured that we had everything we needed for our stay. They also offered us a place to hold our luggage until check in time. We are extremely grateful to have stayed at this property, if you would like to be taken care of and get the most bang for your buck. I highly recommend booking here. The Breakfast was amazing and the location was great for all of the shopping needs would definitely book again the next time I travel from Florida thank you to everyone who assisted my family and I made our trip extra special .

This was my first stay here though I visit the area frequently. The room was restful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here for a visit to LES.
