Thank you for you feedback, we do have signature king rooms with bathrooms, however it could have been a case that they had been already allocated or specifically requested by guests. I am sorry that this impacted on your stay but I do appreciate your feedback.

There are 2 restaurants on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A business centre and a meeting room are available. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A terrace, multilingual staff, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at the business-friendly Randles Hotel Killarney. Self parking is free. This 4-star Killarney hotel is smoke free.
