I loved it! My preferred hotel now when I visit NYC. I walked everywhere, since it was close to every place I wanted to go to. The folks at the front desk were nice, along with the ladies who worked in the restaurant.

Loved my room. It was very comfortable and quiet with regards to street noise heard in the room. The bathroom was also really nice with a large vanity with lots of counter space!

5-7 minute walk from Times square and all the possible train stations you can take. Great food and coffee shops in the area. Room was nice. Small. Great for only 2 people if you are choosing a queen size bed.

I enjoyed the stay. Housekeeping could have been a bit friendlier when knocking on my door close to checkout (they kept knocking even when I said no and had said “what time” with an attitude when I told them I called for late checkout) but other than that it was mostly good. Some of the staff could have been a bit more helpful.

Excellent staff and very clean hotel. Check-in is quite late. Air conditioning in the rooms can't keep up with the temperature and humidity. Lackluster menu in the hotel restaurant and do not provide in-room service. Expensive (including a destination charge), but location is great.
