Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms and housekeeping on request. Check out is at noon which is unheard of. Also able to store bags after checkout for later flights and a lounge area to come back and relax in before shuttles to the airport arrived. Close to Rockefeller, Times Square, 5th Ave and Central Park (all walkable). Would recommend this hotel if in NYC.

I asked for a 2:30 am wake up call. No one called. ThenI waited for 10 min for the elevator!! I had to go back to the room and. Call the front desk and ask about the elevator! I can’t go down 8 flights of stairs with 2 carry ons and a 36 inch luggage! She said she was coming to get me from the front desk!! Why don’t they tell you about this when you inform them about a 2:30 am wake up call? I have been very loyal to this hotel for the last 2 yrs - this was very disappointing

Older property. Great location. Free coffee, tea and sparkling water available 24hrs. Small rooms and 2 small elevators however, for what we wanted it was perfect. We each had our own room. Would have been tight for 2. We also had a mini fridge.

It’s a great property to stay at in NYC, rooms are slightly outdated, the elevator not going to lie is scary. But the staff was amazing, free water and coffee at all times was great. Location was 10/10!!! For the price it’s an amazing bang for your buck! We will be back!

Great location to Midtown- Times Square, Theaters, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lounge area with coffee and water available (but restaurant and bar are currently under renovation.) Employees were welcoming and eager to help. Rooms are small but adequate, we were in the front of building so there is a lot of street noise, if you are sensitive to that you may want to request a room away from the street. Refillable water bottles were an unexpected perk! Great for a short stay.
