When I entered the apartment it was very cold and I tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t work. Called up the staff and they were able to come in and fix it. So other than being freezing cold to start, it was a great stay. The breakfast was great as well!

Very conveniently close to Time Square. Back rooms are very quiet. Mirrors in the rooms are very convenient. Check in was modern and quick. Very nice and professional staff. Customer service is key, reaction to issues are fast and quick with best service. Cable TV stopped working but was resolved right away. One other issue with no warm water which was resolved but brown residue was still in the water. My room was switched twice. Got a more convenient room with an upgrade. My thanks to Xavier in assisting me with my bags and making my last days great with no stress. Restaurant was under renovation but there was enough places to eat in the area.

This building has an ideal location on a side street right near all the Broadway shows and amazing restaurants. Our room was very quiet with our windows not facing the street. The room was small which is to be expected in NYC but it was clean and comfortable. It had rooms with 2 beds available which is hard to find in NYC.

i like the location, and staff were friendly. Drinks were provided. The room was less than ideal. Sliding door to the bathroom was broken. the sound proof wasn't that great either. Hot water was on and off, lasted for only a few seconds. i had to take cold showers every day.

I would say everything was perfect. This Hotel exceeded our expectation. The assigned rooms were big enough and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk and in charge of services at the hotel were very efficient and kind. This is a hotel in a very safe and convenient place in Manthattan. Important sites to visit, good restaurants, convenience stores and more are a few steps from the hotel or at a short walking distance. Even iconic places are at a less than a half hour walk, on enjoyable paths. I do advise everyone visiting Manhattan NY to stay here. Congratulations to the whole staff

Staff were superb, the area was very walkable and loaded with places to eat. Rooms were small, lacked a safe and also a microwave. We didn't have a mini-fridge but the staff kindly brought one up for us. The lounge area is very nice, but the staff said it will be repurposed in an upcoming renovation. All in all, a very nice place for a short stay.
