Excellent property! I booked it last minute for one night, and was pleasantly surprised. It is within walking diatance to the heart of the city. My room had a great view of the Empire State Building. The rooftop! Oh the rooftop! It is everything! My husband and I spent our evening enjoying the beautiful view, a few drinks and yummy appetizers! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

This is a great hotel in a lovely area, the hotel itself is very clean and modern and the staff friendly, unfortunately the rooms are like staying in a doll house, they really are so small that my husband and I didn’t have room to pass each, one had to stand aside to let the other pass. They had only one draw which was located under the safe and was only about 3 inches deep, we had no view except for an office building opposite so we had to keep the curtains shut all the time which made it very claustrophobic. These rooms can only accommodate one person, we struggled as a couple

One of the most wheelchair accessible rooms we have ever stayed in. Also an excellent location near many places to visit but not on a crowded street. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing!

Overall good, but lacking on the service side
Overall, my stay was a good experience. The hotel location is very convenient, and one of the staff members helped with recommendations for tourist attractions. However, unfortunately, I did not receive the most welcoming vibes from the staff in the lobby as I entered and exited the hotel. If this were a lower priced, mid-quality hotel, I would say that the service was fine. However, I had a much higher expectation of this hotel experience and was sadly disappointed.

Nice boutique hotel in Central New York. Room was small but nicely equipped with a number of nice touches. Service was friendly. One of the few hotels with an outdoor terrace as well as a roof top bar. Enjoyed staying there and would stay again.
