Seemed the person who both checked us in and out isn’t maybe meant for her job. Lack of enthusiasm. I thought perhaps an “off day” on check in but same at check out. Otherwise friendly greetings from others with all our coming and going over the 4 days.

The Archer was fantastic from the moment we entered until even after we left. The rooms are cozy, the beds are very comfortable, and every staff member is amazing. I left an item in our hotel room when we checked out and they contacted me and I was able to go get the item. Everyone was so professional and wonderful. Very safe, as well. Great rooftop bar. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! It’s the best place to stay on your NY trip!

An oasis in the heart of the city with the most amazing roof garden having a full view of the Empire State Building. Our bedroom had this view too! All staff super friendly which made us feel special.

This hotel was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go so it was the perfect location. Very clean, attentive staff, and lots of dining/bar options if you don't want to leave the hotel to get food or a drink.
