Every person that helped me at the front desk was wonderful! Friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and has a nice ambiance. The area around the hotel is walkable. We were able to walk our dog a few short blocks to a park.

Great Hotel
As always, we absolutely love this hotel and the exceptional service provided by all the staff members. They consistently go above and beyond to make our stays enjoyable. However, this time we stayed on the 2nd floor, and there was a loud noise that persisted throughout the night and became even louder in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, this made sleeping incredibly difficult. This is the only issue we’ve experienced with staying on the 2nd floor, as we’ve stayed on higher floors in the past without any problems. Aside from this, our experience with the hotel has always been fantastic.

Wonderful stay during the holidays, and visiting with a toddler. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Staff in the lobby and the adjacent coffee shop were very attentive, and kind. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and made our family feel very welcomed during our 4 day stay. Our toddler had a wonderful time and even received some small gifts from the concierge which he has continued to talk about. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the morning coffee and evening wine -- a nice way to ease into each morning and evening! I forgot a bag at home so your list of things i could borrow was a LIFE SAVER! phone charger, flat iron etc. and the plant was a fun touch!
