There were visible stains on one of the chairs and the initial towels had stains too. I had to ask for fresh ones but at least those were clean. I appreciated that they also offer a free shave kit. The front coffee bar is good and I got a delicious breakfast sandwich at the Clarinet next door. Staff were very friendly and kind. Those made up for the gross stains but I still think they need to do better on that.

No balcony access
I booked this hotel solely for the balcony and once I get in the room I find out that access to the balcony has been blocked by the CEO. My wife likes to enjoy the sun while reading and that was impossible with this stay.

I enjoyed my stay
This was a getaway for me. All the staff was wonderful and my room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t was when it was time to checkout. Only two elevators were working and it took forever for them. Oh it is super safe with security and cameras everywhere

The hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff with excellent recommendations for great food. I love the location. Close enough to the "happenings" of New Orleans. Getting aroung with having a car was super easy. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone.
