I had a short stay at the hotel. Everything was ok. My only problem was the noise in the walls in my room. I call front desk to inform them of the situation, but no one came to check it out. So I had to sleep with the clicking sounds in the wall. Hopefully, this will be fix before they put anyone in that room again.

My family was in town for a reunion and we stayed here. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast and loved the options for conjoined rooms. As a girly that loves her hellish showers, I appreciated the hot water and good water pressure in the shower.

What I liked - The hotel was less than 2 blocks from the French Quarter and near a lot of dinning options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. The room and the hotel was clean. The free breakfast was a big plus. What I didn't like - When I arrived they gave me a much smaller room that I requested. The room I requested, that I saw on the website did not exist. They gave me a larger room. The was an annoying hum in the room. The first 2 days I was there, only one elevator was working.

Great location. Hotel could have used some updates but was an outstanding location and staff was excellent. We chose to use valet parking which was a bit pricey at $44/per day plus tax but again the staff was excellent. Easy walking distance to river, French Quarter, Square and other sites. Trolly comes right by the hotel and is an excellent way to get around New Orleans.

Great location
Great location. However there were no bellhops to assist with bags. Free breakfast was pretty good, with a variety of hot options. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but that was clearly explained at check in and posted in the room. The downside was that My bed was both hard and squeaky.

unable to use Hilton honors points, first time I was denied because I used a site other than the Hilton site to book hotel. Refrigerator in room was so noisy I had to unplug it at night to be able to sleep. Everything else was very good.
