Outdated and needs some work
The staff was amazing! Both ladies at the front were super helpful. Brittney and the head housekeeper, can’t remember her name. The room was outdated and really needs some renovations.

The area was quiet. The parking at the hotel wasn't good, and getting in and out of the hotel was a walk because of the entrance. The room was okay, but a couple lights in the room didn't work. The bed wasn't comfortable at all.

I had to wait for my room as they only had one employee cleaning the rooms. That wasnt fair to her or anyone checking in. The hair dryer in my room didnt work.

First room the toilet didn’t worked. Moved rooms then the tv didn’t work and the ac was leaking. The hotel was book so nothing could be done. The beds are hard.

Going from a place I liked to a mediocre place
I have stayed here many times, probably easily over 60 days total in 20 years. This past time I got the same room that I had a couple years ago. The problem I mentioned then was never corrected and some new ones appeared. I am not sure if I can stay here again since the main reasons are now no longer present and I can get a similar rate elsewhere closer to where I usually need to go and not have the problems present this last time.

I personally will never go back!
I was quite disappointed at this hotel. Though the room was clean and the location was great, the room had a really foul odor. My allergies began acting up. I didn’t want to breathe in. When I cut on the bathroom light, the fan made a loud screeching noise, so I used it with my phone light. The only reason I didn’t ask for another room is because the lady previously came to bring me another blanket and fixed the tv that wasn’t working. She was nice. But, I should have demanded some of my money back. I will never stay there again!
