Good value
This was a comfortable room for a quick overnight. Parking is a little tight especially for larger trucks and SUVs. My room overlooked the pool courtyard which required a bit of a hike across the property.

Kari at front desk was rude, obnoxious, surly, a bully. Yelled and was impatient. Immediately denied booked room. Threatened to call security for no reason. Refused to allow wait time in lobby for other hotel arrangements to be made elsewhere. GM was nowhere to be found. KARI should never be allowed in Hospitality. She should never be allowed Customer interaction!!! Stay away from this hotel and her. So many others to choose from.

The state was the state was not good. The first room that I had I had it had to be changed because the shower kept kept overflowing. It would not drain out the water. I got a new room room was fine, but the service was horrible the night shift Lady was disgustingly rude I asked her for tell she’s like there’s nobody here to bring you so anytime you need a towel. You had to walk yourself to the front which is a big inconvenience to get you a towel you had to beg for your room to be clean, which I never had to do that before like literally, the first day of the room was clean. I said well can I get some trash bags? We don’t have trash bags I was willing to take out my own garbage at this point because they the trash cans are filled. They’re small so I’m ready to take out the trash like it. It was a bad experience. The worst experience I have had with a hotel , then my friend witnessed literally cleaning the floor the toilets the bathroom itself with dirty towels that we use to clean our body. I was just I couldn’t understand why THE was using dirty towels to clean the bathroom.

The check in was very fast as was the check out however the staff at the front desk on both occasions were not friendly at all. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety but the lady working there was not friendly either. We wanted to put 3 tables together for the 6 of us and she would not let us. She did finally open an additional room for us to seat 6 people but she was very rude about it.
