The Creole Queen has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $150 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $150 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

The apartment was great for a large group. Walking distance to everything, but clean and quiet. Property company was very easy to deal with - they had very nice luggage lockers for us to leave our luggage and explore until check-in.

This place was amazing from start to finish, they were responsive before checking in, during check in and while we were staying there. The place was super clean and large enough to handle our group. From a proximity standpoint, it was close enough to everything that we could easily walk but in a really quiet neighborhood for when we returned home for the night. The building itself, was clean, safe and quiet. Would totally stay here again, this place has set the bar for future stays, for sure.

Perfect vacation house
We had 8 people sharing penthouse 3 and 5. Perfect amount of space for all of us and every room having their own bathroom was a major plus. The condo exceeded all of our expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful inside. The location is perfect. Close to the French quarter, the casino, easy walk to get the street cars and explore the Garden District. We had a late flight out but we’re able to use the spacious storage locker for all of our bags. We had an issue where something started beeping during the day. We texted our host, Danielle, and she immediately responded and fixed the issue.

Stay at the Creole Queen
The Creole Queen was beautiful. The property was spotless and in walking distance (although expect a 12-15 minute walk) from the French Quarter. I had my family stay here for my wedding and everyone commented on how beautiful the property was. We felt safe and experienced no safety issues while coming to and from the property (just be careful where you park as we did have a break-in, but that was unrelated to our stay here). There was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and share meals in the large updated kitchen. The bathrooms were huge, modern, and clean. I would absolutely stay at this property in the future. Management was very responsive. The restaurant connected to 1st floor of the building, the Briquette, was phenomenal. This is an excellent location if you're looking to stay near the Quarter but don't want to be in the congestion near Bourbon. We'd love to visit again.

Property is beautiful. We had Penthouse 3/5, adjoining door in the middle. 2 BR in one, 3BR in the other, each with their own bathroom. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels, and even makeup towels and wipes. Clean, very nicely decorated, all high end appliances and decor, and the balcony was a perfect place to chill out at the end of the day. Very responsive management team and easy to communicate with them. Our group was originally 11, although only 9 actually traveled, and these properties were perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, or to have a minute alone. Grocery and liquor store close for extended stay whether you go yourself or Instacart. I would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday here in New Orleans and surprised him by flying down his college buddies. Everyone was so impressed with the condos and how beautiful everything was. It was centrally located and I’m walking distance to many restaurants bars and breweries! Beautiful accommodations and they couldn’t have taken better care of us with how thoughtfully they stocked/prepped the penthouses and how attentive they were to any question or need. The place is beautiful! We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to Hurricane Ida but we all want to go back just to stay here again! The penthouses are beautiful and high quality. The complimentary snacks and drinks were clutch because the shipt shopper forgot the drinks I ordered for delivery. Also loved the complimentary toiletries. The management is very responsive and answered the phone immediately when I called them. Highly recommend!

The Creole Queen is AMAZING!
We stayed at the Creole Queen for a couples trip, and it exceeded our expectations 1,000%. It was beautiful! It was modern, and it was very welcoming. The hosts had everything we could need, and even provided cards and dominoes that we used on our game night. It is a perfect place to stay because it afforded each couple to get their on private bathroom, only one room did not have an en suite bathroom. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around and be comfortable, and the balcony was perfect. It was accessible from both living rooms and really added to the vibe of the place. The location was perfect, and conveniently located near the street car on Canal Street! We walked to many places near by, and catching Ubers or Lyfts was easy. If we ever go back to NOLA we will for sure stay here again! IT WAS PERFECT! If you are looking for a VIBE, then this is the perfect place for you!

Beautiful Space, great location!
I would highly recommend the penthouse. Well appointed and modern. Some wifi issues / streaming from device issues and lacks a sound system for music or even an easy way to connect to TVs to stream music. Also, while the place was spotless when I arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of stale beer from the previous occupant but the cleaning team did their best.
