I like that breakfast and telvision are included with my stay. The personal grooming supplies provided with my room are useful. There is a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, clothes hangers, clean washing towels, and the like.

By far the worst best western hotel I have ever stayed at Laundry service in separate building set up is a closet very tiny and very hard to use, might as well not even have it The separate building is very uncommon and inconvenient to have to leave one building to go to the other building

The staff was very friendly and the Hotel was beautiful. We loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the room was inviting and had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back again, best hotel experience ever😁

Great home for a week
The hotel was old, but clean. The weather stripping of the outside door was loose, you could see right through it. One bed was worn out and creaking, the other was great. Pillows were plenty, but all overstuffed (we would have liked a variety to choose from) The pool was wonderful and open late (I would have loved a treadmill or stationary bike, too) and the breakfast was fantastic! Staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

They always allowed/ supported shift workers to stay between shifts whether it was due to weather or just couldnt do the drive home. Many any of us commute. Its really too bad they took that support away from the staff from out of town just before winter. Disappointing and will be looking for new spot to stay The rooms are nice, well maintained, the people working there have been lovely. I have no issue with the hotel staff themselves or the condition of the place. Both the main building and seperate units are excellent as well Disappointed to cut ties and sad to see the lack of support your business is providing to staff that commute long distances and help sereve their community.

The location was good for us. Traveling thru Truro, a bit of construction and wait times but it is what it is. The breakfast was outstanding, made to order omelets, and plenty of other options and it was included in the room cost. We were able to park outside our 1st floor room so it made for easy loading and unloading as we had a lot of stuff. Nice bar and friendly staff.

Everything was great. The value for the price we paid was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The only issues were 1) the cable and Netflix option were both down for the duration of our stay, and 2) the nachos from the restaurant came with a few stray onions and seasoning salt after we specified dietary requirements for no onion or garlic.

I like the location of the hotel, however, the first room we had was unacceptable in cleanliness, broken closets, mold on the windows, exposed 240v wiring… not at all safe or comfortable. The next room we were given was safe and cleaner but still bare minimum
