The ever popular Burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars & beach wear shops, is just 5 minutes walk away while the exciting town centre of Nerja with its famous “Balcon de Europa”, where you will find fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants that cater for everybody's pocket, is about 15 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet but highly popular residential street in the Almandros area. The house is having a wonderful private and enclosed roof terrace facing south with sunbeds and dining table. The shared pool is 15 m long and next to the house using the stairs.

About the property; On the top floor you find a fully equipped kitchen with white goods & appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen you find the toilet. The living room is having one sofa, two chairs, a 43 inch Flatscreen TV with Satellite British channels and a dining table for up to six people. With the large sliding glass doors you open up to the 9 square meter marbeld terrace- like all floors in the house. In front of the house you have a patio with soffa and table for a drink in the shade.

On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms with timer controlled Air Conditioners and a bathrooms;

(1) The first bedroom has has two single beds (2*90cm), a built-in large wardrobe and a Juliette balcony

(2) The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm), 2 chest of drawers and a built in large wardrobe. It has its own 9 square meter balcony with soffa and comfortable chair.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with toilet, sink and bathtubs with showers and are in a unit with every bedroom.

Could not fault the property better than the photos.amazing place.just one thing in the app says the old town is about 15mins walk.my age was more like 30-40 mins.anyone wants a nice clean quiet place to stay i would definitely recommend.torton on the phone could not be more helpful.
