Welcome to our inviting River North Retreat, one of ComeVisitNashville's rental homes and a spacious 3-story townhome that puts you right at the heart of Nashville’s vibrant culture. Nestled in thriving East Nashville, known for its incredible food, music, and art scenes, this is more than just a place to stay—it’s your gateway to a truly local Nashville experience.
Relax and recharge in two top-floor bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and walk-in shower. The primary suite offers a plush queen bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a serene outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom is just as welcoming, with its own queen bed, private bathroom, and a generous balcony.
On the second floor, the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area invite you to gather and unwind. Whether you’re curled up on the comfy couch with a favorite vinyl spinning on the record player or playing a board game after dinner, this space is designed for relaxation and connection. The flat-screen TV offers YouTubeTV for local channels and all your streaming options. (Don't forget to pack your account logins!) If extra sleeping space are needed, the sofa quickly converts into a queen-size bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals or enjoy a lazy brunch. With an espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and more, you can easily recreate your favorite recipes or try something new. Gather around the dining table or kitchen bar to share meals and stories from your day’s adventures.
No need to worry about laundry or packing light—this home includes a washer and dryer, along with all the essentials: plush towels, hair dryers, and an iron with ironing board. And for those traveling with furry friends, we welcome up to two well-behaved, potty-trained dogs for a small nightly fee. (See more details in the House Rules.)
Your stay also comes with a private garage, accommodating two smaller vehicles or one larger one. And if you need additional parking, there’s a convenient paid lot right across the street.

— HOUSE RULES —
We've got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund.
📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay!
🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine it's your favorite aunt and uncle's place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.
🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms.
🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it outside. No smoking or vaping indoors or in the garage.
🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashville's quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for $25 each per night. Let us know in advance; the fee will be added to your reservation. Keep your pups leashed outside the home, walk them on the grass by the sidewalk for bathroom needs, and clean up after them. (There is no yard access at the property.) All furniture must remain pet-free unless you cover it with sheets you bring with you. Our space is for dogs and humans only — no other creatures allowed.
💁🏻♀️ Age and Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Our nightly rate covers 4 guests or less. Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 6 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.
🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest.
🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.
🧰 Appliances and Repairs: We'll tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we can't restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), we'll do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations.
💼 Liability Matters: We're not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break.
🥳 No Confetti or Glitter: Seriously. It's a glitter-free zone. (Bet you didn't think we'd need to say that!)

Our nightly rate covers 1-4 guests. Additional guests (up to 6) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 6.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (Details in House Rules.)

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
