Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Nashville New Year’s Eve
We brought our family, three teenagers and us, to Nashville celebrate New Year’s Eve. We made this booking the day before checking in. We had a minor issue with the door lock not opening with the number we were provided, but that was corrected within five minutes of us calling. The property itself, was clean, comfortable, and provided easy access to downtown Nashville. We are able to drive from the townhouse to downtown within six minutes. The supermarket right across the street was a huge plus allowing us to get small supplies that we needed. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms as well. No issues with hot water. Comfortable temperature. Able to stream our devices through the TV as needed. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Spring Break Vacay
We looked for something close that we could bring our dog. Place was spacious, nice, and clean. Loved that Kroger was right across the street. My only cons were that there were only two TVs in a space that slept 12. They were in the living room and what I proposed was the Master Bedroom. Since we had teenagers, we let the teenagers have the upstairs, which included the room with the two double beds, the Master, and a shared bathroom. We did not want to share a bathroom so we chose the room on the main floor. The place was chilly, and since we chose the main floor, all the heat rose to the upper floors. Another thing to note is that the stove is gas, so we didn't use it. Overall great place, but we will make sure to check the number of TVs next time we book. Our 9 year old took over the living room TV.

Beautiful home - close to Broadway!
This is a beautiful home - comfy beds and nicely decorated inside. The location is a short drive to Broadway but there is construction going on right beside the unit. It wasn't too bothersome but should be noted. Other than that, our stay was incredible!
