Four Story Germantown
Had a great time at this VBRO for our college reunion! Wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants and the baseball stadium. Short Uber ride to Broadway area. Plenty of beds for our group of 8. Loved the areas where we could hang out together and enjoyed the fireworks from the baseball stadium sitting on our rooftop deck. Only feedback is a little faster response time from host.

WE WALKED EVERYWHERE!
We really weren't sure if the location was close to downtown, but WOW we walked everywhere from our wonderful home base. Everything was clean and straightforward. We arrived late in the evening and it was easy to use our code to unlock and gain access to the home. The beds were super comfy. Great location!

Big place and close to downtown
Very nice place with lots of rooms and beds. Rooftop area is a great hangout spot. Walking distance to a lot of things or can take scooters to the bar areas.

Solid house, needs cleaning
House was spacious and well stocked. Extremely dirty at check in. Found Juul pods in bedrooms of a non smoking house, a red solo cup with mold growing in it just sitting behind one of the living room chairs, dirty dishes put away in the cupboards. Bathrooms mostly looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag and called clean. Front door lock is a pain, wouldn't lock or unlock multiple times. Just had to repeat that enough times to get in. Could use an ice machine.
