The room was nice, however, the counter space in the bathroom was inadequate. There wasn't enough room adjacent to the sink to place our toiletries. The small bathroom size limits the viability of increasing counter space.

Everything was great but had a bad experience with the receptionist, when I called to get information for the shuttle she did not give specific instructions on how to board the shuttle was very rude when we’d ask again, we end up getting into a different shuttle and went to the wrong Hyatt. Other than that the place was great.
