The room was tiny with a view of a parking lot, however the bed was comfortable. Fyi, there is no microwave in the room. The location was decent, close to a lot of bars and eateries, but for the price we felt the stay was lacking. We were a bit dissappinted there was no valet parking available; seems if you offer it for your guests, there should be enough parking for every guest. The onsite restaurant was the best thing about this stay and had amazing coffee and made to order options.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The beds were okay and little too hard for our comfort. It would’ve been nice to have clearer expectations of the parking situation. It wasn’t very clear until we arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff weren’t very helpful on explaining parking. Also the communication sent to us about extra amenities didn’t match up with the schedule the hotel had provided. Example, rooftop bar being open or happy hour being at a certain time when we arrived to the hotel the rooftop bar was closed and happy hour was at a completely different time. The hotel staff at the bar was wonderful and friendly. Valet staff was also amazing!

The hotel and staff were outstanding, but I didn’t get any sleep while we were there. The first 3 nights there was loud music playing until after 2am. The bedding was good, but just not my preference. The pillows were really hard, and the duvet cover was not thick enough to be considered a blanket, which was expected since it was below 30°F each night. Hot chocolate in the lobby each night and very accommodating staff saved this experience.

Worst hotel ever

Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. I truly don’t even have the words to describe the horrible customer service. This stay will likely bother me for years to come and completely ruined our vacation.
