The hotel was okay, but they did not clean our room the whole time we were there (4nights). I asked the front clerk about having our room cleaned and she said that the cleaning staff was off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (which I understand) but she said should send some to empty the trash and leave towels and the person did not empty any trash and left clean towels but didn’t take any of the dirty ones. Very disappointing.

This property was very clean and close to Broadway where everything is located. The only downfall is the parking is very expensive($40 per day) and the pool is located on the rooftop outside. I would say no swimming in December when temps are around 30 degrees. Otherwise very nice and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, great gym and very nice breakfast spread.

Check in was painful. Stop training people when there is a line of guests waiting. And the manager watching w/o doing anything while enjoying a soda We reported the TV two times and nothing was done. So, no tv during our stay. Faucet was so loose almost falling off, same thing with tv hanging from a bracket on the wall

The hotel is in quiet area of Nashville. Dining options and a supermarket are nearby. It’s a short 20 minute walk to the bars on Broadway! The hotel is very clean with a small rooftop pool and bar. It has a nice gym too. There is a complementary breakfast included. I would definitely stay here again.

In town for a concert so not much time there but the front desk staff was awesome - friendly and accommodating. Convenient parking, within walking distance or quick access to Uber or cab. The breakfast was plentiful and good but most important, it was clean and well maintained.

Really enjoyed our stay here the past 3 nights. There are a few restaurants, a close Publix for groceries and a quick Uber to broadway in 1.4 miles is convenient. The room was spacious, but lock your door cause housekeeping does not knock before entering lol. The staff is super friendly tho. The breakfast every morning is very good and has a little to offer everyone. I would definitely stay here again.
