I had 3 rooms for my family. All 3 had different experiences checking in. When I personally checked in they asked if I wanted my room I would need to pay $50 for checking in “early”. The problem, the rest of my family already checked, got keys, and there was no reasoning other than “not sure why they didn’t have to pay”. Not a good look and just seemed to be finding a way to make fees.

Staff was excellent from valet to front desk. Love the decor of the property. We dined at the Grange for breakfast and it was delicious. Wife loved the coffee and our server gave us a complimentary bag. Only issue was the sound proofing from street noise. We were on the 15th floor and could still hear the rice burners running up and down broadway.
